The winter property inspections are currently being scheduled.  This will include optional interior inspections. All properties interiors will be inspected this year.​

All Residents and Owners will received a letter from our office with a scheduled date and time.  We will make every reasonable effort to complete these inspections with limited disruption. Residents are advised that ownership has the right to inspect the properties. < no home is exempt>

The goal is to complete all pending work orders during this inspection.  A list of outstanding work orders will be included with the scheduling letter that is sent to each resident. Some items may need to be scheduled with a vendor and then require re-inspection.

Do not attempt to make any repairs as our certified vendors are always used to make any needed repairs.

Home Owners Association Covenant Controlled Community

Please coordinate all of your request to the HOA management company through Red Falcon Properties, LLC. We will ensure you have the access you need for the community amenities. These amenities can be accessed by tenants via the structure set up by the HOA management company,

NOTE: Access passes, pool keys and other related control features are controlled by the HOA manager.

Notice 1-8-24 - All Pool pass activity is currently paused. With the new year beginning, we will be reaching out to each HOA management office for any updates or changes that may affect our owners or residents.

2024 POOL PASS SEASON - It is never too early to start preparing for the 2023 pool season. We want to ensure that everyone is able to access and enjoy all of their community pools and amenities. Be advised that in all of the communities the HOA managers office controls the access to the amenities and the common areas. Our office works closely with the HOA and will provide any assistance you need related to your access and enjoyment of these amenities. Please contact our office for help with any request you have related to access.

If you are new to a community and do not have a pool pass we will ensure you receive one prior to the pool season opening. Please note: Currently no HOA management offices are releasing new or replacement pool passes at this time. Access keys to the other community's amenities are available.
